Holiday Office Closure Notice

In observance of the holiday season, our office will be closed from December 24 through January 2, 2026. Standard operations will resume after the holiday closure. 

• Submission Processing:

  Please submit all applications, orders, or inquiries by 12:00 PM (CST) on December 23 to ensure they are processed before the closure.

• During the Closure:

  Any applications, orders, or inquiries received while the office is closed will be processed once standard operations resume.

• Scheduling/Rescheduling (already processed Applications):

  If you already have a processed application on file and have received your verification email with scheduling instructions, you may schedule your exam at any time:
